How do I log food?

Tap the "+" button on the home screen, then search for a food by name or tap the barcode icon to scan a product's barcode. Select a serving size and tap "Add to log."

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions → find Calorie Tracker → tap Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open Calorie Tracker, go to the Paywall or Settings screen, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

I forgot my password — how do I reset it?

On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Can I use the app without a subscription?

You can start a 3-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial, a subscription is required to continue using premium features.

How do I delete my account?

Email us at Email Support with the subject "Delete my account" and we'll permanently remove all your data within 30 days.

The barcode scanner isn't finding my food. What do I do?

Not every product is in our database. If a barcode doesn't return a result, try searching by the food's name instead. You can also log a custom food by entering the nutrition facts manually.

Is my health data shared with anyone?

No. Your nutrition and health data is private and stored securely in your account. We never sell or share your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

The app is crashing or behaving unexpectedly. Help!

Try force-quitting and reopening the app. If the issue persists, check for an update in the App Store. Still having trouble? Email us with your iPhone model and iOS version.
