Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Calorie Tracker iOS application. By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Calorie Tracker, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Calorie Tracker provides a nutrition tracking platform that allows users to log food intake, monitor calories and macronutrients, and track health goals. The App is intended for general wellness purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by law.

Subscription management is handled by Apple and subject to Apple's Terms & Conditions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App; reverse-engineer or decompile the App; use the App in any way that could damage or impair the service; or submit false or misleading information.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and all its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Calorie Tracker and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our written permission.

7. Health Disclaimer

Calorie Tracker is a general wellness tool. The information provided is for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet or health regimen.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calorie Tracker and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
